Two months, and I think I have my weightlifting/cardio sessions pretty much sussed out, and now I want to find a way to work out that increases flexibility and will help prevent injuries. I figure yoga will fit the bill, but I've never done yoga before.
Does anyone here do yoga as part of their regular routine? Do you go to a heated classroom, or follow a DVD at home? What type works best for you?
