Yeah,I seemed to have figured out my throwing up probelm. Yep,I have an ulcer and I'm only 15. Just asking but do you think this will effect the way i'm losing weight? Now finding out that I have an ulcer I have to stay on a certian diet wich is very convienent and might be what I need to stick to my plan.I CAN die if I don't try to start curing it right now. They did say it's curible and will take around 8 months if I stay on my diet and take my pills. The diet does not allow fried foods, any greasy stuff, acidic foods and such. Wich REALLY sucks for me but It might be the push I need to stay true to my diet.

this is what you need to work on right here... you're attitude towards food... and it's probably why you have the ulcer... you NEED to stay away from that crappy food anyway... it will help you A LOT to cut fried foods and greasy stuff out of your diet... I can't those types of foods either because I have gastritus.. but it only flares up if I have too much soda, spicy foods, fried stuff, or acidic stuff (too much tomato sauce, soda, citrus, etc.)... I can have a little bit now and then, but not much... these (for the most part) are things you shouldn't eat anyway (except for the citrus)... by cutting those 'bad' food choices out of your diet you should see some really good fat loss, as long as you keep your other food choices clean... ie not much, if any, sugary stuff... add veggies to all of your meals, if you don't already.. the only meal I don't usually have veggies in is my first meal... eat whole grains, like oatmeal, grill or bake your chiken instead of frying it, the same goes for fish
the main thing is to start trying to view food as an energy source... like gas for your car... if you own a high performance sprorts car you won't be putting the cheap crappy gas in the tank, you'd put the high test stuff in it... well.. that fried stuff is the cheap gas and the veggies, chicken, egg whites, natural peanut butter, flax seed oil, fish, oatmeal, etc., is the high test gas :tu:... feed your body right and it'll start looking and acting like it's getting the good stuff... because it will be :D :tu:

90% of peptic ulcers are caused by a bacterial infection, and will be cured with medication. The blander diet is usually to keep your stomach acids from furthering the problem, but non-physical stress is generally not the cause, as was thought for quite some time.
So...eat right, but stress away! :p
