This is what I bring with me for lunch at work. 2 servings(at least for me)
100g pasta
2 hardboiled, diced eggs with yolk
120 grams tuna
1/4 red paprika
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
some chopped spring onion
a bit of white pepper.
Toss the salad (NO pun intended) and you're done.
Two servings:
Carbs: 79,52 grams (43.47%)
Protein: 68,08 grams (37,22%)
Fat: 35,32 grams (19.31%)
Calories: 895,35 K cal
