I've gotten to the point of where I depise cardio. I lift 3x a week full body and do 4 sessions of cardio during the week. Do you think my weight loss would suffer if I went to 4 days of weights breaking it down to 2 sessions of upper and 2 session of lower and doing 3 HIIT cardios during the week. Do you think I will burn more calories doing the weight training than I would doing the 20 min of HIIT. I enjoy the heck out of lifting but Cardio is freaking boring even with the ipod.

That's fine, preferable IMO actually. However, I'd lose the 2 upper and 2 lower split and do a once per week muscle group split.
