I've noticed that when I don't add glutamine powder to my PWO shake, I feel extremely sore the following day, and a few days after. Just recently I had a back/legs workout. I didn't add glutamine powder to my shake and my glutes and upper back were extremly sore the following morning. Anyone notice something similar to this? :whistle:

And no, it's not because I "think" that it's doing something good for me. I actually just forgot to add it to my shake and then realized that the following morning when I felt sore. And yes, this has happened on few occasions.

Edit: And yes, I know I will get sh*& from some members of this board for posting this. ;]

Let's see, after a lack of one serving you noticed a difference? Are you sure it wasn't Gakic you were using? ;)
