I want to know how far away I am to getting lean. Getting kind of frustrating. Little bit of info: When I first started trying to lose weight 2 years ago I was 16, 225~ lbs, 5'6''. Around this time last year I was 200~lbs. At the end of summer I weighed 190 after trying some bulking. Now I'm around 5'10'', 178lbs. Been cutting (or trying to) the past couple of weeks. Been getting in some cardio 4-6 times a week in the morning and some days I'll do about 45 minutes of weight training at night. I don't really keep track of what I eat so that may be one of my biggest mistakes. Maybe it would help me if I could get some meal plans.
