Pioneer make terrific products..they are well tested, they know all about combining things together. I have always taken many of their products. When I became A JSFer and started learning so much more, I found that the Pioneer products I was taking were already doing all thes things.

Their 1+Vitamin/Mineral come is both tablets and capsules (and even chewables.) They also have a regular Vitamin/Mineral and also one that emphazises Vitmin B.

They have quite a line of products..check them out....

You should comparison shop for prices. Different site will be thelowst price fo rdiffernet Pioneer products. I always order about 8 months worth at a time to save shipping costs.

I take the following of theirs:

1+ Vitamin/Mineral
Calcium/Magnesium (I am an older woman so that is pretty necessary.)
CoQ10 Complex
Glucosamine Chondroitin Joint Care Formula
Vitamin C Complex

I have taken in the past:
B Complex Stress Formula -- but it was too much with the 1+Vitamin/mineral
and Supertonic when I have been worn out with great effect..

also there are a lot of products for women, is this good for what my needs are?? (20 male, lift/cardio daily)

Where do you buy those? On their website? I can't seem to find a link to their "store" of some sort.
