Those of you who have seen me around the forum know that for the past few weeks I've been sick. Anyway now with a few visits to the doctor I've finally got an idea of what my bodies been going through.
About 5 Weeks ago I took a week off to allow my muscles a chance to repair. On the day I was suppose to come back I got the flu. It turns out that at one point the Flu ended and Acute sinusitis kicked in. Kind of ironic when you consider how the time in my life when I become the healthiest is when I get the sickest. Luckily for me it seems like I haven't lost a lot of muscle if any. However I did put on a little bit of fat (luckily not too much).
Anyway only God knows when I'll be back to full strenght. Everyone here on the forum has beat it into my head not to workout while sick so despite being stir crazy I've been able to keep my ass on the couch (hardest couch sitting I've ever done in my life)
My question is what can I expect when I finally do get back?
Will results come as fast (or close to as fast) as they did when I started? And
When can I expect to be at the same level of strength that I had achieved prior to the layoff?
