I was considering adding this and have been researching it a bit but wanted to see if anyone here has actual experience with it. Also it looks like there are a few different producers all with varied amounts of Sesamin as well as various other additives, i.e. ALA, and other fatty acids. If you are taking it which "brand" do you use?

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/al/sesa.html

1.25ml 3 times per day with high fat meals, I'd include fish oil in those meals myself.

Enjoy the funny looks at a restaurant when you whip out the syringe. :lol: :D

Sesamin = pure gold

no kidding here. It is IMO one of the biggest breakthough supplements. After Avant Labs made it, every company tried to copy it (i.e Sesamin).

Make sure you eat FAT with it. Ideally, fish oil but pb works.

It makes you much tighter and dramatically helps, no bs

Thanks GTX and SB. I will definately give it a go. Do you think Avant is the way to go over the other brands? What is your take on the liquid vs the capsule form. Make any difference? The reason I ask is I wonder if the liquid tastes bad.

I've been taking it for few months and haven't noticed any fat loss (slightly sub maintenance calories) BUT the health bennies seem good to me so I keep right on it. :)

Liquid vs. Caps - either should be fine I assume, but I am assuming...

I don't think it's anything groundbreaking personally. It works, yes, but I wouldn't consider it up there with ephedra by any means. In fact, I wouldn't even consider it in the same league.

It might be more useful to an experienced bodybuilder trying to "clean bulk" by allowing one to eat more without putting on as much fat. Just a thought I had.
