My focus is on fat loss and retaining or increasing LBM.

Diet is a 20% fat, 40% protein, 40% carbs.

exercise:
day 1: 45 min cardio / chest and triceps
day 2: 45 min cardio / biceps and forearms
day 3: 45 min cardio / legs
day 4: rest
day 5: 45 min cardio / chest and triceps
day 6: 45 min cardio / biceps and forearms
day 7: 45 min cardio / legs
day 8: rest and so on...

I try to keep cardio and weights separated by 8 hours.
For the time being, I cannot do any shoulder or back exercises due to unrelated injury.

personally I wouldn't workout more than 2 days in a row. If you want a productive leg workout (since you said you are increasing LBM)

Get the cardio out of leg day IMO.

What kind of shoulder/back injury? Are you still able to bench and curl without any pain?

I do just fine. My cardio is a little sluggish but next AM but feels fine after 10 min. Just make sure to stretch really well before and after your leg routine and always before cardio. I guess it depends on how badly you kill your legs. Squats the first time might do it.
