It's my spring break this coming week, and Sunday morning myself and a couple friends are going to Cooperstown to see the baseball hall of fame. I'll be gone from Sunday to Tuesday, so that's three days of no workouts or eating what I'm supposed to.
What are some places/things to order so I won't screw up things too much? Would Subway be good? Just order chicken or lowfat meals at restaurants? I don't know how much I'll be able to take with me in terms of snacks, so what can I do?
Also I'm sure one night I'll be drinking beer, which is not good, but I'm a college student and haven't drank since the beginning of January so I think I deserve one night.. hehe.
Basically where can I eat and what can I get so I don't shoot things all to hell?
