Is it a common opinion that their (GNC's) products are of poor quality?
I have a GNC in town, and nothing else. I would have to order off the web to get other products.

I use their PP Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate.
I guess I'm curious if I'm wasting my money, or if there's just a inordinate number of people who hate the 'big guys' (chain stores).

Why not order off the web then? You'll get far superior quality for far less money.

Check out the sponsors above.

On the rare occasion I have to get something with my "gold membership" at GNC, I feel like im walking into a pawn shop to by back my VCR that somebody stole. The prices are just damn crazy even with a "Gold discount"!

hey, I have been using GNC products for a lil less than a year now and I haven't heard that they sell bad quality products, oh but yes, they are a bit pricey. Is there any evidence that their products are of bad quality????

I myself use GNC to buy protiens as well. Maybe not the GNC product line itself, but I go there.
Call me old fashioned thinking (Paranoid) but I have a hard time with putting my credit information online. I knooooow that its secure. I just cant do it.
Also for what I buy I find that after shipping it comes out to the same price.

I don't think GNC has bad products. But I also don't think you can get anything there that's actually worthwhile getting that you can't elsewhere for the same quality and significantly cheaper in most cases.

I've been using various products since I started about eight months ago. GNC seem to work fine for me. I've used their creatine and noticed a huge difference, I've use their whey quite often, it mixes pretty nice and I notice enough to keep me buying. Their prices are higher than the net, but after shipping, the wait (I'm very impatient), I'd rather just kick out a few bucks and buy from them, it's not that bad of a price.

It's fairly bad. Check out our sponsor's products. They are usually very good about prompt shipping too.

Once you get used to ordering online, it's actually much easier. And cheaper. And better. And no annoying salespeople.

Yeah, I to have this thing with my credit card number on the net though. It's purly paranoia.
