right now I am practicing :

A:Chest /Shoulders/Triceps
B:Back/Biceps
C:Rest
D:Cardio/Abs
E:Back/Biceps
F:Chest/Shoul/Triceps
G: Rest
Everytime I switch between my Chest / Back workout, is there anything wrong with it?

The reason I'm doing it is that I think that 3 days recovery is enough between the same muscle group, but everytime I have my "recovery day" after diffrent muscle group, possibly making it recover better ?

I'm not clear on what you are trying to ask. I do have a question for you though: Why are you doing two back/bi workouts before you do a chest/shoulder/tri workout?

I'm not sure at what intensity you are working out but IMO each muscle group once a week is easily enough.

By the way, where is your leg day? Please tell me you work your legs.

chest and back are big muscle groups that overlap a little. for example on chest day, when you do bench pressing, your back is a secondary muscle being used to assist in the lift , even though it is not a primary mover. that would mean that you are using your back muscle two days in a row and not letting it rest and heal. imo, i would stick a day in between. you can do legs or cardio in between. also how heavy/ number of reps are you doing? if you do chest/back twice in one week, i suggest do one light day and one heavy but not both heavy to avoid overtraining. as the others suggested, hitting it once per week hard would be enough though.
