Please list what supplements you take (include things like protein if you like), preferably with the brand and dosage if possible.
Please limit your responses to just this info, rather than espousing the pros and cons of various supplements (No "I don't take Glutamine because it's overhyped BS, etc.").

Two chewable Vitamin C - 500mg each - generic
I take one of each with meal one at 7AM, and one of each with meal four at 3pm.
Meals 2 and 4 are the same thing -- 2 scoops of chocolate whey isolate mixed with 2 cups of water and a few ice cubes. On lifting days (I lift at 7pm), my PWO at 7:45 or 8pm consists of 2 bananas chased down with 1 scoop of whey + water + ice cubes.

I stopped using dextrose a while back and now I just use oatmeal and whey as my pwo recovery meal. I like to use as little supplements as possible. But that's just me.
