Yesterday I did HIIT in the morning and walked 18 holes of golf in the afternoon. How would I figure this into my nutrition vs. calories burned considering golf (walking) can burn as much as 300 to 400 cals. per hour? I usually eat a banana beforehand, and have a protein bar and some nuts at the turn. LOTS of water.
