Alright, well I have not been here for a while, and the lack of motivation is not good. I am posting a picture from last year and a picture from this year, I lifted everyday this summer and tried to diet and I can see some results. Now I want to get ripped. I think I have done enough bulking and want to start my first serious cut. I have never had a six pack and always have had a gut. I want to be friggin ripped like crazy so my stomach is completely flat and my abs are showing. I guess I am posting these to motivate myself to get back on the ball and start working out again. Lately I have just been eating a lot of chicken and salad and burgers. I want to be like 10% body fat and I am now at 24% and 199 lbs. I think 10 lbs is a good goal to start out with. I am 19 and a sophmore in college. I am thinking the best way for me to lose fat is to do HIIT everyday. Comments and diet help are welcome. Pictures are 9/12/04, 10/03/05, and 10/11/05, see any progress?

It looks like you have packed on some good muscle. It doesnt look like you have gained fat. In fact it looks like your fat percentage is down. I believe you will rip nicely. "LOOK at those traps and chest", Those have shown big improvements.:tucool: You have started a great foundation. Keep on Keepin on.

Your chest has made the most improvement. Your stomach has also lost some fat as well. Keep pushing on man.. you're on the right track!
