While on a cutting program snack for mini meals includes Stallone's Protien puddings- Has anyone tried them and have comments?- they are 100 cals and 20 grams of protein- calcium and soy.
Also, been reading about dextrose/malto but do not know much about these.
Cutting to lose fat and keep/grow muscle:
10/13/05- 199 lbs 23%BF
11/11/05-191 lbs- 21.2 BF
Goal is to get BF down to 10-13%, cut to get there and then learn about bulking.
Eating approx 1800-2000 cals /day
50 years young, 6'1"
