I don't recommend using fat burners although i've used them myself. They have adverse medical affects on some people. If you're set on using one I would recommend an ECA stack consisting of Bronkaid, vivarin, and a childrens aspirin. chris mason Fri, November 11th, 2005, 12:15 PM Thermocin from AtLarge Nutrition. All of the primary ingredients have studies which demonstrate they work for their intended purposes in humans (i.e. a lot of products have ingredients only proven to work in animal studies). www.atlargenutrition.com HeavyGuy Fri, November 11th, 2005, 12:20 PM Cardio? :moon: 1FastGTX Fri, November 11th, 2005, 05:04 PM The 1FASTGTX Ultimate Fat Burner StackTM ------------------------------------------ -Multiple meals per day -Heavy, intense weightlifting at least 2-3 days per week -Cardio work done at least 6 hours apart from weightlifting -Structure the majority of daily carbs around workout time ------------------------------------------ Now that my joke is over, :), The ECA Stack is bar none the best fatburning supplement stack I've tried, though I would not recommend it to newbies or those with high amounts of fat on their bodies. I consider it helpful to drop the final few bodyfat percentages and believe it is best used in conjunction with the proper diet and training to support it's efforts. If your diet, training, cardio, sleep, etc. are not in order, then you're just wasting time looking for the perfect fatburning pill. daDUDE Sat, November 12th, 2005, 02:27 PM my brother used lipo-6 it worked great housley Sun, November 13th, 2005, 04:53 PM LAst April I was 246 pounds My weight is 198 now but still retain alot of belly fat and love handle fat. Should I add something tto the mix like CLA, Fish oil, Glutimine Etc Etc Any direction would be great! Hort Sun, November 13th, 2005, 05:00 PM Proper supplements are a nice benefit but not required. You should be certain that your diet and exercise are indeed optimal. Post up what you are doing currently. |
