After I go running, I have a little bit of wheezing when I breathe. What are the causes of this. Could it be asthma, or the cold that have had on and off for a couple weeks, or is it just because I am out of shape?
Any help is appreciated!

Could be asthma (exercise induced)
Could be cold weather induced asthma
Could be allergies
Could be out of shape (don't think you should hear a wheeze though)
See a Doc....it can't be diagnosed over the internet.

Thats good to hear...I am pretty sure I have allergies to my g/f's cat...and at her house is where I wheeze the most. I guess we will find out as I get into better shape or get to the doctor (probably at the first of the year, when insurance kicks in)
Thanks
