I drink about 20g protein, 24gram carb shake during and after my workout IE 2 shakes.

Not me - I perfer to spread the calories over my pre, and 2-3 post WO meals/shakes.

It's probably me during the last few months of my bulking program this year. I'm not telling you what it consisted of though. :p

(lots of dex, lots of malto, lots of protein, bcaa powder, creatine, water.)

Not me, I have a small one. (Easy there, DD, I am talking about a PWO shake)! :lol:

I prefer to load up on real food pre and post workout.

52 g protein / 25 g carbs -- powder (AtLarge's Opticen)
12 g protein / 16 g carbs -- milk (2%)
5 g protein / 25 g carbs -- oats (Quaker)
8 g protein / 7 g carbs -- peanut butter (Jif)

77 g protein / 73 g carbs

I work out at midnight so it doubles as my prebed meal as well. I usually take it at about 9 or 10 PM and sometimes randomly early in the day as well. Don't even ask how many calories it is. If it's food then it goes in my mouth -- that's how ectomorph nutrition goes.

lol I trained with an ecto, my cousin, off and on for years i know what your talking about. Looking at your pic your doing a great job. He use to have alot of trouble with his legs, not much different really but he developed a real nice upperbody. And of course he has a 365 day 6pack.

When bulking, mine was 36g P and 72 g of C-I think up to 90 c of C as well at one point.

(All measurements approximate since it's late and I'm lazy)

50g protein (ATW hydrolyzed whey, Nitrean, and whatever's in the milk I add)
48g Dextrose
50g Maltodextrin

Was using a half cup of oats as well but I'm phasing it out.

1 quart gatorade from powder, 1 tsp creatine
2 scoops nitrean, 1 banana, large tbsp natty peanut butter
3 fish oil capsules (didn't count those in the totals)
