Ok so I'm trying ot calculate the amount of fat/pros/carb cals I intake per day.

For some reason I come of 5% short... not sure why.

I copied the information straight from the back of the food label, but it seems that even when i calculate it, it doesn't come up accurate.
for Fat, I did 1gx9, for protein and carbs, i did 1gx4

Can anyone take a look at my list and see if I did anything wrong?

Thanks in Advance !

It's in microsoft excel format.
Here's the link. http://www.geocities.com/vkongtakane/portfolio.xls

edit: figured it out, i didn't change the amount of carbs to x2 since i ate to packs of oatmeal :X

Anyways, can anyone just have a look at it anyways and tell me if there's any other type of information i shoudl include?

I can't access the link but I suggest you use Fitday.com. Much easier than doing it yourself.

Remember that food labels often are 1) estimates and 2) round off the percentage.

I've accessed the file and done the calculations and have come up with:

56.1% Carbs
27.6% Fat
16.4% Protein

which when you add it all together comes to 100%

If you have a file that you can send me showing your calculations, I'll amdend it and send it back to you
