Eating at night is not bad for weight loss, however you'd probably be better off with something that didn't digest as quickly as whey. I'd suggest cottage cheese or flax or fish oil.

I think you mean cottage cheese WITH flax or fish oil. In any event you're right. You should eat a meal at night. Preferrably protein with EFA's. :tucool:

This is my favorite meal of the day. I use Allthewhey.com chocolate micellar casein powder, 1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese, tsp of natty pb, 7 ice cubes, and 1/2 cup skim milk. I put it in my Magic Bullet blender and, whaaalaaaa. It tastes like a Resses peanut butter cup milkshake. Micellar casein is VERY thick so it goes down like a thick ice cream shake.

just want to know,

is fat free plain yogurt better to eat before bed than a protein shake

per 1 cup serving, the yogurt has 130 calories and 15 g protein. But I don't think i can eat a whole cup. So is having half cup of yogurt (7g protein ) before bed suitable?
