You look great Sapperstang. The shaved head really works for you too. A little over five months and you look like a new person. What are you plans from here?

Thanks for the reply. Last week I started what will be a winter long bulk. In the spring I will see about cutting then. I just really want to put on some size.

I think if you diet in tuned in you wont have any trouble putting on size. It looks to me like you have some good genetics.

ya fo sho, bulk until february or march.
you havnt gained much fat at all, either!

I actually started right out of the gate with a bulk. When I started I was 162. At the end of the bulk I weighed 181. Towards end of summer I cut for a couple months up until about a week ago. Neither phase was long enough. But then I decided to just bulk during the winter and cut for summer. So like I said a week ago I started bulking.

wow I can really notice the difference, im quite jealous.

I also notice you shaved the hair, what did you use? honestly. my stoumach is about as hairy as...god knows what. Would be nice to see my abs through all of it.

I use a cream that dissolves the hair. Shaving was just to much of a pain, literally. I have to use the cream every couple weeks.
