if this needs to be moved to the nutrition forum, i request that a mod do so. but my diet is specific for cutting.
I generally eat the same stuff almost everyday.
13oz can of chicken
brown rice or beans or oatmeal or pretzels
can of tuna
lots of almonds
1lb of brocolli
3 scoops or protein powder, maybe one in the am and 2 at night
fish oil of flaxseed capsules
i might eat an apple every once in a while, but will my body somehow adapt to this? its a rather diverse diet, im not eating tuna all day or chicken all day- i know 3 scoops of protein throughout the day might be redundant, but im in a dorm and i dont have a kitchen to use, or much space (it is by far the most cost and space efficient thing i eat).
will this hurt me long term by not having a more diverse diet? i dont eat in that order, i put my carbs in around my workouts, which are every other day. i have some carbs before i run (every other day), then the second meal after ive done. Could anyone share their insight? it would be much appreciated
