Hi, i would like to know if this diet is ok, with either rasin bread or banana nuts bread or corn bread, and potato and chicken breast daily okay for everday diet, if i hit my daily calories using only this 3 food?
raisin bread Energy 118 cal Protein 4.2 total fat 1.6 Carbo 22.4 Dietry fibre1.3
corn bread Energy 94 cal Protein 3.8 total fat 0.9 Carbo 18.5 Dietry fibre 0.9
banana
nuts bread Energy 125 cal Protein 4.7 total fat 2.5 Carbo 22 Dietry fibre 1.2
Do the breads look ok?

hi there,
what are your goals and weight? that would help get a ballpark for the macronutrients you need.
whatever your fitness goals are though, a variety of foods will give you a variety of vitamins and health benefits than if you only consume a short list of foods. for example, the foods you have listed don't really contain much fiber. how about about including more veggies?
raisin and banana bread aren't the worst things to eat, but they have a lot of sugar and higher fat than other bread choices, and there are cleaner carbs such as oatmeal.

MY current weight is 86kg and 175cm, 18 yr-old, i started out at 93kg about 5-6weeks ago. MY goal is to cut down weight first, either to 70 or 75kg(not sure at the moment), then go take weights to tone up my body. I started having juz chicken breast and potato and bread abotu 5 days ago
