Upon the suggestion of some JSF members, I"ve begun this particular thread to address some questions concerning these compounds. As I told 1FastGTX, my experience with Sesamin in preparation for a recent show was limited, therefore a more insightful conclusion could not be reached as to its effectiveness. It was included in a stack consisting of ALCAR, Lean Green (Primaforce's Green Tea product) and Beverly International's Lean Out formula.

I am a proponent of L-carnitine products and have always gotten great results with Lean Out. The one drawback being, I was taking upwards of 4 capsules before each of my 6 meals. ALCAR was always taken upon awakening, and pre, during, post workout. I love this product and always include it in my pre-contest arsenal ever since attending a Charles Poliquin seminar where he had nothing but high praise for it, and gave many different ways to supplement with it. I was never impressed by green tea formulas until giving Lean Green a run (8 weeks, 2 capsules a day) and the end result with my fat burning stack was achieving a bodyfat level I used to attain when I was 30 years old. 18 years ago. I have stayed away from any and all epedra based products and truly believe that all these compounds would be worthless without a strict clean diet.

Well, I hope I was able to satisfy the curiosity of some people here, and if not, we can always discuss.

Yes, it IS a little steep. But for my next cut/hardenning phase I am going to stack Lean Out, Sesamin, CLA, Lean Green and Fish Oil. Oh yeah, did I mention I'll be megadosing bcaa's too?
FUN FUN FUN :flex:

I was using Vitamin Shoppe's brand. Will go with Scivation's this time around.
