Feels like my left deltoid hurts (I turn my head and look back right or left and it aches/mild pain). I'm not sure what happened...I did back/bi's on Friday and I did not get pain of any kind until Sunday. Its a mild to moderate pain, very withstandable but annoying when doing headchecks in a car or something. Hell, for a few minutes (I had to lift my dad up he got out of the hospital and couldnt walk hes heavierset) I experienced more pain for a hour after just turning the steering wheel halfway in a car. My question is, is this a common injury? I see so many lower back/shoulder injuries but nothing lower near the deltoid/upper lats. As I said its not excruciating but annoying it is, and I was wondering (I know your not doctors, but maybe someone had this happen) if it was a permanent injury and still acted up in the future or maybe just a pulled muscle that might heal. Thanks for any comments.

Sounds like the rear delt? I said you done it doing chinups or pulldowns if that's the case. Sounds pretty bad thou i would avoid any rows and rear delt work for a week or so. See how it goes.
