ECA Stack 2x a Day (modified)
-Vasopro 25mg Ephedrine HCL
-Higher Power caffeine (200mg)
-L-Tyrosine (500mg)
-Synephrine HCL (20mg)
-Higher Power Green Tea Extract (500mg)

-5-10g glutatmine daily
-2.5g CEE, 5g Lifting Days

-EAS Advant Edge Whey Protein + Dextrose post workout
-Sustained release Matrix 5.0 Protein Blend (Morning & Before bed)

-Multi-vitamin
-Vitamin A (25,000 IU)
-Vitamin E (1000IE
-Vitamin B Complex (50mg b1, 50mg b2, 50mg niacin, 50mg b6, 400mcg Folic Acid, 50mcg B12, 50mcg Biotin
-Ester-C 1000mg
-Fish Oil (2 capsules morning, 2 night)
-Chromium Picolinate
-Ginkgo Biloba
-ZMA before bed
-Valerian Root (500mg) before bed

Whats everyone think of the sups im taking?

Honestly, you don't really need 86% of those supplements.

Why the Synephrine with the Ephedrine HCL?

I am not a fan of Higher Power products. I like bb.com a lot, but not their brand.

Might want to consider coffee over the caffeine pills.

Not a fan of glutamine, but we'll leave that debate for another thread.

-2.5g CEE, 5g Lifting Days
Take it on nonlifting days too, or run a bulk powder on those days. What brand of CEE did you pick up? I hope it wasn't ALRI, that stuff did nothing but empty my wallet. :)

Not bad but I'm not a big EAS fan anymore. I used to be a big fan, but they're kind of struggling now IMHO.

Never heard of this product, but a blend is a good choice. I like Nitrean by At Large Nutrition myself.

Not sure how I feel, don't know that these are necessary IMHO.

Ok.

Need to know the amount, what brand? Fish oil is a good supplement though.

-ZMA before bed

No opinions on these.
