Does anyone see any diffrence? I want to make sure its just not me trying to see more then is there. My main goal is just toughen up my abs and cut some fat off the stomach and handles. I've been eating pretty well. Water only for about 3 months and no junk food or white bread, etc but not the perfect diet for three weeks
A few questions
Usually I get home from school and run a mile(9minutes with 4 uphill climbs)-(been doing this for a week) take a small water/rest break. then start my excercises for arms and abs(doing this for a few months) and then I'm drinking the Whey that was advised to get here.
Should I be running before or after my ab and arm workout or after?
Do I need to drink the shake between workouts or after both of them?
