i love peanut butter. before i started eating healthy, i used to dip these cinnamon graham cracker sticks in reduced fat peanut butter. is this an acceptable snack? if not, any suggestions? im cutting right now, 6 ft 154 lbs. (and hopefully dropping)

Celery and peanutbutter is a better combination.

Personally I wouldn't buy reduced fat....look for natural peanut butter (where the only ingredient is peanuts)

Or make your own (it's easy).

The fat in peanutbutter is what you're after (it's all good fat Polyunsaturated omega-6).

one more thing, you're 6ft 154lbs and cutting? Why?

My thoughts exactly. Actually, I began tapering off my cut at that weight. I hope he's not beginning there.

I guess my point is more... If you feel that your composition is more fat than muscle....just eat healthy and at maintenance and hit the weights hard. Your body will recomposition itself naturally and at a very healthy pace, you are far from overweight, even if you are carrying more fat than muscle (or your look is smooth).

To cut at that height and weight is just going to make you look tall and lanky, I would reconsider your decision to cut.

You could eat a few more healthy cals to help put on some extra muscle.

What's your current diet like and how many cals are you getting in right now?
