Hey guys was trying to get some variation into my diet and thought I'd ask you lot for your favourite good meal (not a cheat one, one that you'd stick in your diet)

Currently mine is
Rub Jerk (a afro caribbean spice) into a chicken breast the night before. Grill it the next day, wack on top of a slice of brown bread buttered with low fat mayo and a bit of lettuce and scoff. Works out at about 400 cals 55p/25c/20f. One of my Fav post work out snacks.

I'm quite partial to the odd stir fry where you slap whatever you feel like in a pan and add (premixed) 1 tbsp cornflower, 2tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Chineese 5 Spice and a pinch of pepper. Mmmmm

Any way any of your meals much appreciated (the cheaper to make the better :eat: )

well i like all my meals....
oatmeal and cottage cheese in the morning, tastes awesome!
then my big turkey sandwich, turkey, lettuce and a grated carrot.... its a BIG sandwich
also peanutbutter on pumpernickel bread is just the best
tuna and cottage cheese is probly the least interesting of all my meals, but i still like it tons!
and of course chicken and broccoli, maranating the chicken is always fun and there is lots of flavors to play with

My favorite is the salmon in a pouch that's posted in the recipe section. Microwave quick, one dish, don't need to eat anything else with it.

I'm a big fan of stir fry as well, and I like salsa chicken. Sprinkle taco seasoning on a chicken breast, dump some salsa on top, and bake. I eat this with Kerry's Beanie Salad from allrecipes.
