Generally, I'm just unmotivated and happy enough with mediocrity to prevent myself from climbing higher.

My knees hurt when I do squats.
My shoulders make a grinding sound when I do bench press.

Deltoids, maybe traps. They're coming along, but really slowly. I think really high rep squats would be more comfortable if I had more meat up on upper back too.

Hey, chicanerous, have you tried Kurz's book for stretches leading to the splits? I guess so, but I'm asking just in case. That book is superb!

Weakness:- tendency to overtrain..If I'm not getting results I will add more sets and reps and ex's to same bodypart instead of backing off and re-assessing.
Lack of Sleep:- Due to my job I often don't get as much rest as I should.
Love my carbs.
Have trouble accepting my own limitations.

Strengths:- Very high endurance...taught the Energizer Bunny everything he knows.
Back, Lats,Legs, Calves, Abs.
Seem to be blessed with pretty good genes...haven't been in a hospital since I was 8 years old and that was just to have tonsils out.

Size-wise, I don't have anything that I am terribly dissatisfied with -- My forearms probably need work though.

Strength-wise:

Best at: All pushing exercises

Worst at: Most pulling exercises.

Where to start for my weaknesses  Everything! I'm no where near my potential. I have a great frame and natural definition but I don't put it to use. My strength, if any, would be how intense I go when I do workout.

I haven't seen it, but I've heard of it. I was only a few weeks from having full fronts and another month from middle, but I overstretched and had to back off for a couple weeks. I'm resuming again this week, so hopefully I'll have them in another couple of months.

If I get the chance, I'll check that one out, but I'm more excited about picking up Pavel's Relax Into Stretch book first.
