Has anyone tried this cereal?

I've been having Go Lean for a while but this All Bran Extra Fiber has 0g sugar and fat.

Any input is welcome.

Yep, I have it about once or twice a week, sometimes I mix 1/2 a cup with 1/2 a cup of Optimum Slim. I was surprised, it doesn't taste bad at all, though it is somewhat... fibrous :D Mixing it with the Optimum Slim is good because OS is very crunchy. They compliment each other well!

All bran is good, but try giving it a go for my musli :) I can guarantee you sucess, and it comes down much cheaper aswell, and doesnīt taste of wood like all bran +.

1 part linseed whole
1 part linseeds crushed
4 parts protein powder (try the much cheaper soy protein powders that comes without flavour)
3 parts rye flakes
3 parts fiber enriched oats
1 part sunflower seeds
2-3 parts sugar substitute (the stuff old ppl put in their coffie :)
1 part weat bran

Mix it all together, and add whatever else you want, keep check on the calories though.

A plate of this with yoghurt or milk will give you essential protein, fat and energy for the beginning of the day. And to a cost of nothing, itīs basically bird seeds for christ sake :) .

With yoghurt about 350 kcal, depending on how much you take.

Soy protein isnīt as "fast" as whey, therefor it needs to be digested by your stomach slower, complete with whey after hard workouts.

One of the ingredients is high fructose corn syrup, but it has 0g of sugars. What's up with that?
