Hi
Found this ab lvls prog somewhere here on the forums - or a link to it. Cant remember where though now - it was by one of the "fitness gurus" here.

I have one question about it - should I start at lvl 1 everytime I do my abs? And move up from there? Or start at the lvl i have not yet completed before?
As it is now i am at lvl 6 - so it leads me to believe that i should prob start at lvl 1 every single time i work my abs and not at lvl 5 or 6.
( i will prob skip lvl 1 though as i HATE doing crunces )

Yes, the idea is to do all levels in the workout. So, in other words, by the time you are at level 6, you will be doing level 1, 2, 3 ... on up to 6 within the workout. Therefore, the workout increases both your core endurance AND core strength.

Not sure, my articles are so many places I stopped trying to keep track. I do give an open license to copy them but also require an active link back to my site ... for all I know, that's someone's personal page they use to keep information handy which is fine by me.

That webpage looks to be owned by the original poster, judging by the URL. It looks like it's for his own personal use.

Yes I just uploaded my screen capture of Jeremys workout for abs so you guys could better understand what my question was about.
And thanx Jeremy for the quick reply - i thought that was what u meant by the workout but wasnt sure. Ill prob skip lvl 1 as doing 5x15 crunches is just booring. It was why i started looking into a more fun way to work my abs in the first place.
Perhaps it dosnt give me the most allround workout and body strukture etc etc - but as im a beginner its more important that I keep doing it - that it feels fun - then wheter it gets me proportianate abs in 6 months from now or not.
Eating right is hard enough :)
