What do you think I should multiply my BMR(1800) by? This is my activity

Monday-friday 8am-3pm sitting on my butt except for 1 class that is landscaping so decent walking around with shovels and plating stuff.

4pm-9pm I'm a produce clerk for my store, so I lift alot, move around alot etc, never sit.

9pm-10pm Either 30mins of decent intensity cardio or WT.

Saturday-Sunday

9 hour produce shift then 30min cardio or wt session, rest of the day im sitting cus im tired heh.

I get between 7-9 hours of sleep a day.

What do you think? I'm 19 and 170 pounds, probably about 140 pounds of lean mass making me have 18% bf.

This may be kind of difficult but I need some guidence for calories.

Thank you in advance, night night bed time

Figuring these things out is always rough. My suggestion would be to go with moderately active--in the absence of really anything to distinguish you as significantly more or less active than what seems to be normal.

More importantly is to remember that these formulas are never exact. Sometimes they're not even reasonable. You'll never know until you pick a number that seems comfortable and test it out, know what I mean? If after a few weeks, you're not happy with the progress, or lack thereof, make some incremental changes. Repeat until it's working. Definitely not as satisfying as getting that instantly correct number, but it's how most people end up getting the job done.
