I used mybodycomp.com and came out to ~ 17%, you guy's think im about there? I've been working out for like 2 months (basically cutting has been my goal, but i've made good gains in muscle just by looking at my biceps, quads, hamstrings, forearms, triceps, and stuff.
yeah, i got love handles like crazy :-( lol

yeah my wrist are big because my arm bone (don't know the actual term for the bone) is pretty big, but it's cutting down because my veins have started popping out a little bit now while I workout.

I have never taken measurements, but i bet my wrists arent bigger then 6''
