i just saw your photos! huge transformation as im sure a lot of folks have pointed out. i had never seen them before.
let me ask you this...
i noticed you've been bulking... how low body fat did you get and what weight stat were you at that time?
just curious. we are the same hieght and have pretty much the same build.... id like to know what i may have to be hitting in terms of wieght to see abs or to get to 8%.
but anyways.... good job man.
