Oh crap im regretting this soooo much. The other day my parents orderd chinese,I let that slide and had a bunch. Today my dad orderd pizza and i had around 7-8 peices.Not only that I havent exercised in 5 days. I need to smarten up now. This is pretty bad.How long you think it will take to burn what ive done in the last few days..im so regretting this.

I think you were pretty pumped when you started, and I'm willing to bet you bit off more than you could chew at the beginning. Start slow, do less at the beginning. Work your way up to more intense or longer training sessions. Take your time with this, especially now.
It's better to do little, then nothing at all. Am I right? Just put the parts that you regret behind you. Look ahead, not behind.

Yes thinking about it,I was training WAY too much at the beginning and then eventually got lazy.Im going start slow again and keep my diet going,Ill post back here in a week to show my progress
