Hey there....brand new to this forum..looks great though...everything i've read so far has been very interesting and informative!
1 question...I've been trying to find a good exercise for my chest. I'm pretty sure it's all in my head! but I never feel like i've worked the mustle enough unless I can really feel it...
Anyone have any chest exercises that they feel is an awesome workout?!?!

what are you doing right now? maybe your not lifting heavy enough if you're not feeling it.
you can go to bodybuilding.com and look up any body part and see pictures and descriptions of a LOT of different excersices you can do... I do flat bench press (with dumb bells), incline press (with db's) and flys (either on a machine or with db's)... as long as you're lifting good and heavy and feel like you couldn't possibly be able to do one more when you get to the end of a set, then you should be feeling something :p :gl:

Personally, i don't get a big burn from benching eventhou its the best chest excercise.
