Yepper, i use to but i work the shoulders every workout now so i was wondering what folks done on fullbody routines. Do you just use light weight or do you actually try to increase the weight like any other lift?

I do a split, so I work out my shoulders once a week. I've started to incorporate rotator cuff exercises recently so I haven't tried increasing the weights. I don't know if I should, I want to find what other say as well. I can only an 8lb dumbbell and even that feels like a lot of work after 12 reps. ;]

I read somewhere that it's not necessary to use heavy weights to give the rotator cuff a good workout.

I do rotators once per week and started out pretty light (using 5lb dumbells for some exercises) ... I raise the weight just like any other body part, but I keep the reps fairly high (around 12 reps). I think if you go too heavy doing low reps, you can end up injuring yourself -- At least that has been my experience.
