OK I'm some what new to working out but, what is the proper way for cutting? (reps 10-20/ cardio how much/ eating should I keep my protein up around 200 grams/ cal intake should I stick with around 2000) I was 200 lb. 18% fat now 180 at 12% fat. I really don't care right now about mass JUST WANT TO SEE ABS! I love cardio I go spin classes run when on the treadmill and use the stair master the one that is like an escalator thanks!

You have to figure that out based on your stats. You can use a spreadsheet to do it for you if you have Open Office or Microsoft Excel. I'm not sure on this, but it can be difficult for you to cut down any more before you gain some more muscle, since you're new to working out but not new to doing cardio.

well I went to fitday. com and started to keep tracked of my intake. Nice site and its easy. now I just need to know what kinda reps. to do on my weight lifting and how much cardio to do to get to my abs.

I'm 6'1" body fat at 12% weight 184 and 36 years old.
what is the best why to get to 10% BF?
I have 3 protein shake a day totaling 100grams protein at 600cal.
