Hello i haven't posted in here in a long while but since then i've lost approx. 10lbs and it felt great until i got surgery on my 2 big toes ( ya it sounds stupid but it hurts i had some problems ) today i just got the stiches removed and i might be able to workout again next monday but right now i'm maintaining with a clean diet and being so bored i read the complete label of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein and it said use this as a food suplement and not for weight loss ( that's more or less what it said ).
Does that mean that i cannot use it for a cutting cycle? Can some "fitness guru" instruct me :P
Thanks,
JuGa

What they're saying is their product is only a "protein supplement" not to be used as a meal replacement since it lacks other important nutrients. Yes you can and should use it while cutting.
