At 16 yrs. old... you really need to eat more than that. More fruits/vegetables, healthy fats and maybe even some more protein.

Im no expert by any means but the one thing that i see which is the same problem i see alot when people eat six times a day but not in the mind set that there meals but rather snacks is that your mid meals consist of only one type of nutritien and usually like in most people its a carb so my advise would be to try an incorperate a balanced snack that has some good clean carb and a protien expecially if your doing any time of exercise with your diet. I to have just started to eat this way and from a beginners point of view i can tell you one of the easiest way that i have found to do this is to take what ever your eating for lunch and split it into 2 I.E if you have a sandwich eat half at 9 and half at 11 or my personall favorite is to make bowl meals like brown rice and any lean meat cut up put it all in a tupperware container and eat it through out the day 1/3 at a time that gives you 3 balanced meals that has a clean carb (Brown Rice) and a Clean Protien (lean meat) and can even toss in some veg and some spices to flavor it up.
