okay i need advice, i ahve been working on my six pac for a good while and it is coming along nciely, but on the lowest ab anda roudnt hat area fat doesn't seem to be draining form there, i still do cardio but it doens't seem to be working, i have hard there are a few different excersizes you can do to cut this, but i don't have a clue on any of them, can i get help with this.

It's fat. Eat right and continue your cardio. You'll lose it. :tucool:

He's right. On the other hand, if you have little muscle, you may be close to as low a bodyfat as your body can currently support. In this case you would do well to up the caloires and build some LBM. Weight training will need to be appropriate. What's your current training, diet like? And what are your stats?

I think nutrition is very big. Post your diet and we can review. Diet is 80% of getting ripped, if you don't have a sound nutrition plan, its going to be very hard to achieve the 6 pack.

Apart from that, keep your cardio levels intense and do some swiss ball ab exercises, they usually come with a good chart you can look at for exercises.

yeah you are all right, i suppose my diet isn't the best, i was talking to a footbalelr mate of mines and he says it has to do sith your all round body weight. Maybe if i bulk up abit i will be able to attain one. thanks for the advice.

when i used to be in great shape before i got fat :P ... I had a 6 pack and the way i developed the lower muscles wre scizzor *spell check* kicks... where u lay flat on your back extend legs horizonally and cross them it burns and it works
