Hey,
I'm 16, 6 foot tall, 275lbs. I don’t do much lifting. Every 2 nights, 3x12 120lbs, 40 sec break in between. Some nights ill try incline some others decline. I also do 150x20. Well, I'm trying to cut down on bodyweight and gain muscle. My goal is 200lbs by June. I've been trying to figure out a good workout. We have no gym's around here. All I have is a bench set with 200lbs of weights, dumbbells and a curling bar. Like I said I’m trying to find a good working out and good supplements to get me going. I'm going to start doing cardio in the morning for 30 minutes. So anyone have a good workout? Any secrets, plans, diets, anything to give me and idea?
