Hi Everyone,

I'm a bit of a newbie but have been checking this site religiously for about 6months now. All I can say is that John, you're an inspiration to me and so many other people, nice one lad!

Anyways before I start posting a bit I was just wondering if a sort of 'Introducing New Members' forum could get started. I've ntoiced one of two of the threads in 'Fat Loss' and 'Weight Gain' forums begin with a wee background making some of them a bit long, maybe a link to a thread in an 'Introducing New Members' forum would be better.

Only a thought, what do others think?

Hi, and welcome! :)

I like that first-time posters add a little information about themselves before they get to the meat of their question, but for those that would like to post a formal "hello", they should post it in the "off-topic" forum. Honestly, I don't think we need a separate introductions forum.
