I just bought Billy blanks tae bo cardio workout video at a garage sale and this looks great. im wondering if anyone of you tried this thing and how it worked.

I did it when I was 60 lbs heavier and I felt like Chris Farley without coordination. Arms and legs flailing everywhere with little control. I only did it once. Was a good workout though. If I did it more I'm sure it would've been effective cardio.

I still have the VHS lying around somewhere. I'd pull it out to try again but VCRs are antique in my house. They're all boxed in the attic.

Cardio kickboxing is an excellent form of exercise. I've never done Tae Bo, but if it's as good as a normal cardio-kick class, you'll be good to go.
