View Full Version : New girl on the forum...
Kieke Wed, October 12th, 2005, 07:44 PM Hey all. I've been reading the forums for quite some time, but this is my first post.
I just signed up w/ SwoleCat to do Femgenix. Heard great things about him on the forums here. My husband is in the middle of the SGX program and encouraged me as well. I should get my program tomorrow and I'm freaking out! I take my food pretty personally so I hope I can handle having someone tell me when and what!
My husband has been getting up before work to do a.m cardio off and on for the past year and a half. Something that I've never been able to accomplish during the work week. I thought I had better give it a go incase SC tells me it's a must. I admit that Monday was a killer. Up at 4:30!! Good Lord! I had to take a half hour nap in my car over lunch! :p Tuesday wasn't looking to promising, but I talked myself out of bed and made it in time to do 20 minutes and didn't need a nap midday. Not exactly perfect, but I thought attendance should count for something!
Today was a good day. A full 45 minutes, no noontime nap, and I'm actually looking forward to 4:30 a.m. tomorrow. I would have never thought that a girl that comes from a "family who sleeps" could accomplish this in a mere 3 days. Hope I'm not fooling myself with my early confidence.
I hope to keep you posted on my progress with FGX if anyone is interested. I took some pics last night and am hoping to shed some BF on my legs and rear end. I'll be in sunny Aruba the first week of December and am hoping to be beach ready!
I'm not afraid to ask....any words of encouragement are much appreciated! :o

1FastGTX Wed, October 12th, 2005, 09:15 PM Welcome! You already have a great physique, but you'll be impressed with what Chris does for you! Good luck!
ghaynes Thu, October 13th, 2005, 01:06 PM Good Luck! Good for you in joining FGX!
You mentioned that your husband is doing SGX. Is he a member here?
Also, the water in your avatar is amazing! What beach?
Gila Monster Thu, October 13th, 2005, 02:07 PM Hi and welcome to the forum!
You already look amazing, the FemGenix will probably chisel the exellent phisique you already have.
Good luck with that program.
Gila.
PeteBDawg Thu, October 13th, 2005, 02:45 PM Pretty much everybody who is able to sustain the morning cardio thing gets really good results from it - I know when I was doing it regularly was when I was at my lowest BF%. So, keep at it, the results will be totally worth it.
It's good that hubby's on it, too - you can both go to bed earlier to compensate for waking up early.

Hey 1fastgtx and doordude thanks but no need to welcome me :) I've been around for about a year now. I appreciate it anyway, besides this is my wife's thread! haha, don't want to be getting her pissed at me now that's she's gonna get ripped!

The location in my avatar is a snorkeling spot just off shore in Aruba. I'll be there again in about 7 weeks! Hopefully in prime shape!
As you can see from the posts above, my husband is Staley. Men.......always have a way to steer the attention back to themselves. ;)
Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement! You're all great motivators! The kind words about my current condition don't hurt either. My profile pic is one of my more flattering pictures (it's the rear view that concerns me!). I'm working at it though, so I'm confident it will catch up with the rest of me.
Thanks again!
Hort Thu, October 13th, 2005, 08:52 PM Wow- you're already pretty lean!
