I REALLY want to work out and have been reading working out everyday cant be too good for you. But If I dont do anything I feel as if im cheating myself wich sucks more.

I want to lift weights everyday, will this effect me in a bad way?
I also want to lots of crunches.

I've been reading that you should train certian muscle groups on different ways wich is really cool. I want to do all muscle groups every day,and go to bed early and sleep as much as I can before getting up. and doing it again. Because of school off for a week This is a great chance, finaly I have luck. As soon as I started the School Strike Began.

Anyways is this too bad for me? should I stop?
And is it true if you drink lots of water everyday it cleans out your system and gets rid of some weight?

Man im questioning you guys wayyy too much but its better to ask then not to right?

Get reading dude, training everyday is not good. Try a split routine or fullbody.

No problem working out everyday as long as you eat good, get plenty of rest and listen to your body. Keep your workouts under an hour and split your workouts between weights and cardio. Go for it!

You need at least a day of rest, preferably more, in my humble opinion. It's not just your muscles that need rest, but also your central nervous system, your mind, etc.

Just to clarify in case the OP is confused, when people say not to train every day they are referring to strength training. Cardiovascular exercise is fine to do almost every day, assuming it does not conflict with your strength goals.
