So like I have said in previous posts we dont have too much money in the family and I have some York barbell's and a total gym 1000 downstairs. Even though the total gym is a hunk of junk (At least the model I have) That's all I have.
I've been reading alot about training different muscle groups.
What's healthy for me to eat and how many meals a day.
im 15 about 167 lbs and wondering what intake would be appropriate for a diet.
Can some people explain to me how this all works?
Also (Dont laugh) What exactly is cardio?
Yes im aware im clueless and the questions are quite dumb, though everyone starts somewhere right?
I really want this information because for one we have all week off because of school strike so I want to take advantage of this.
Thanks so much for the information. One day down the road I will be awnsering other peoples questions
Thx all

Your questions aren't dumb or stupid. It WOULD be stupid if you didn't ask them. My best advise to you is begin reading the sticky's on the top of the page. They're filled with all the info. you'll need. Good luck! :tucool:

For learning more about training different muscle groups you may want to check out bodybuilding.com, read some of their articles. They have a great storage of information all about structuring a workout routine.
Cardio is a type fo excercise. Examples are cycling, swimming, yoga, etc. With this in mind these stickys should be easier for you to follow.
Use the equipment you have. I have only 5 sets of dumbbells at home and they have been doing the trick just fine for now.
